that are not included in your shipping and handling fees. These

Shipping Policy

Delivery times are calculated in business
days. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. When
calculating delivery times, do not include the day of shipment. |

Added Insurance Policy -
Effective August 15, 2009 |

We have
adopted this option for our customers to increase the amount of
coverage on most of our bats. Due to an increase in delivery
issues with UPS we encourage you to purchase additional delivery
coverage at a cost of $3. In the event you choose NOT to
purchase, your item may not be covered by UPS or Softball360.com in
the event of loss or theft.

Return Authorization Form
(required for all returns and

All returns or exchanges must be
completed with in 30 days of original shipping date. All items must be
NEW, UNUSED and in the ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING. |

All returns or exchanges must be
accompanied by a completed Softball 360 Return Authorization Form and
Authorization Number, you may obtain Authorization Number by calling
Softball 360 at 888-289-3603 or by e-mail at

Exchanges |

We completely understand that some
items do not fit correctly the first time, therefore, Softball 360 will
exchange any products purchased from our website. Please contact us for
return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both
directions. |
